Bethesda Game Studios announced Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition releases November 10 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4. The package includes all downloadable content and over 150 Creation Club items.

What's new: The edition bundles six expansion packs with 150+ Creation Club items. Content includes weapons, armor, quests, and companion customization options such as alternative dog breeds.

Why it matters: The release marks ten years since Fallout 4's original launch. Bethesda redesigned the Creations menu interface to streamline mod browsing and installation. The update provides cross-platform mod access and extends the game's support cycle through 2026.

What's next: Bethesda confirmed Fallout 4 will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, bringing the title to portable hardware for the first time.
